Do you offer Free Shipping?
I no longer offer Free Shipping due to USPS constantly increasing their prices in dramatic ways. However, I do always refund any shipping overages. I may also occasionally offer Free Shipping during holidays or special events so make sure to keep an eye out.
Do you Ship Internationally?
As of March 1st 2019 I no longer offer International Shipping (with the exception of Canada). If you still want to place an order please contact me via email so we can discuss specifics. (Typically what I try to do is give you a rough estimate of what the shipping might be for your order--once you let me know what you were hoping to get. If you agree to the rough estimate I invoice you for your ORDER ONLY, you must pay within 10 days. After it's paid for I place the order in my queue. Once your order is complete and I've calculated the ACCURATE shipping I send an invoice for that. You again must pay within 10 days. If you choose to no longer purchase or you do not pay, you will be partially refunded for your order--sans a small fee determined by your order total. If you do pay for your shipping, I will go ahead and print the label and fully pack your order for shipping ASAP.)
Please understand, I will not under declare a package's value and I will always include an accurate invoice. In most cases you may be charged extra taxes/custom fees upon the arrival of your package to your country and this is your (the buyer's) responsibility. I will not provide a refund for these packages or pay for the customs fees. Should you choose to refuse a package and have it sent back I will not refund you for the shipping and will only refund you for the items once they have safely made it back into my hands and if they are not damaged. Please keep in mind that many postal services will destroy refused packages rather than returning them and if I never receive the package I cannot issue a refund. This is at your own risk.
Why don't you ship Internationally?
To put it simply, the cost is just far too great. In most cases, customers are shocked at the price during checkout and there is little I can do about the complaints. As mentioned in my first answered question, my products are heavy which raises the price, International shipping is extremely expensive no matter which carrier I use, and on top of that it can take a very long time and most packages are subject to customs fees that often surprise the buyer.
Do you refund overages in shipping?
Yes, absolutely. As long as they are (roughly) more than $1-2 dollars.

Do I have to join your Patreon?
No, of course not. My Patreon is not at all required to be a customer! My Patreon has several exclusive scents to thank anyone, who wishes to become a Patreon Patron, for their 'donation' of sorts. Likewise, some Patreon Tiers also give access to unlimited usage 15% off Coupon Codes or Free Shipping Codes. It is never required for you to be a Patreon Patron in order to shop with me and Patreon Patrons do not get 'better' or 'different' treatment due to it.
Similarly, if you are a Patreon Patron and choose to no longer be one at any time, that is totally fine and I don't mind at all! I appreciate any and all support from my customers, no matter what!
Will you change or "edit" a scent for me?
No, I'm sorry but I won't change or customize my blends.
What Payment Types do you accept?
I take all major Credit Cards through the use of Stripe. I can also accept Apple and Android Pay through this method and PayPal is also accepted! Please note that if any method you use to pay holds funds (such as an e-check through PayPal) this will also mean your Order will be delayed for the amount of time it takes the funds to clear.
Do you have a Rewards System?
As of January 2024 all orders will receive a free 2ML Perfume Oil Sample. You may request the scent (from the General Catalog portion of the Scent List) in the notes at checkout. If a scent is not selected at all or from the GC scents, one will be selected based on your order.
If your order is one 2ML Perfume Oil you will no longer receive a freebie.
*During high volume sales the freebie system may not always be honoured/I may miss giving one to an order that should have gotten it. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience!
How many people work at Luvmilk?
At this time it's just me (Milky) with occasional help from my Husband (Beast)! Interested in what exactly we both do? Beast designs all of the graphics and creates/prints each label. He also helps heat seal packages and hand sews all of the Powder Puffs. Everything else is done by myself.
I make nearly everything to-order by myself. I pack every order, I write on every invoice, and I respond to every email, comment, or private message. I also run my Patreon and interact with Patrons in the Discord.
Why don't you hire more people?
I'd LOVE to but right now where we live (which is also where I work) is not a great space for this. It's a very small room that I call my "office"--where all of the Luvmilk magic is made--and it's not a good fit for more than one person. All of the things that I could really use help with would be tasks that are difficult to manage in the space and would probably just cause things to take longer. So, for now, I have to keep working this way until something different comes up.
I have sensitive skin... do any of your products contain irritants like Cinnamon, Peppermint, etc.?
You'll have to read the ingredients of each particular product to make sure nothing in it is something you know might bother you, however; there are some SCENTS that may cause irritation. Those are listed below and highlighted in red on the scent list as well.

What ingredients are in the colourant you use?
Colourant always contains Sodium Benzoate and Citric Acid. Depending on the colour it may also contain FD&C Blue #1, Red#40, Yellow #5 or Yellow #6.

Great question! I have a handful of scents that were once part of my House of Cards collection that have now been renamed to fit the rest of the "Luvmilk Aesthetic". They are as follows:

If you don't see a scent on the scent list any longer that means it was discontinued. I do my best to warn everyone ahead of time (I update people in June about the scents at risk for discontinuation the following year and confirm in November or December) but of course many may miss these announcements. I truly apologize if a scent you loved was discontinued but unfortunately this must happen so that new scents can join the catalog.

Most are, but the following are not...

Likewise my products are as consciously cruelty-free as possible. My suppliers have assured me that the goats and cows responsible for the milk provided are treated well but I can only take their word for it. I completely understand and respect anyone's decision to shop ethically and wanting as much information provided as possible! I personally have never, and never will, test on animals; only human friends!
How do I use xx Product?
Directions for recommended use can be found in each product's appropriate listing! A simplified version of instructions is often found on the labels of each product as well. If you still aren't entirely sure please feel free to contact me.
How do you ship your Products?
I heat seal each product and wrap Perfume Oils in bubble wrap to hopefully ensure it's safety in the shipping process. The entire Order will be laid and covered in two pieces of tissue paper but are not individually wrapped unless the listing otherwise states it. I use extra tissue paper as padding when applicable.
I ship exclusively with USPS at this time.
What are your policies on Orders mishandled or lost in the mail?
Packages that are marked delivered by USPS will not be refunded/replaced unless damage occurred due to my error (inadequately packed inside, for example). Photo proof will be required of any such instance. PLEASE be sure to put in the correct address at checkout or contact me IMMEDIATELY with an updated address. I cannot be held responsible for USPS error (mis/nondelivery, late delivery, etc.) or stolen packages. Once the package leaves my hands I have no control over them. Replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis but a second shipping payment IS required and will not be refunded for the previous package. If you are not okay with these policies please do not purchase from my shop. Thank you for your understanding!
Something is missing from my Order, will it be shipping to me later?
If you receive your Order and something is missing or wrong that was a mistake on my end! Whoops! They happen from time to time and all I need is for you to contact me via email with a picture of your Order and information on what was missing or wrong. I'll send you a replacement ASAP as long as there's proof!
The scents I just received smell really weird/plastic-y are they supposed to smell like that?
No! Though it's best to keep in mind everyone's nose interprets scents differently and you may find that some notes come off that way to you (particularly vanillas, this is a common complaint for some with Magical Girl)--they shouldn't all smell like that. Often times during the traveling process I've found that some products will get a strange scent and just need a day or two (a week at most) to settle and smell "right". This is especially true in the summer months.
I really hated this scent/it never stopped smelling a certain way to me, can I have a refund?
No, sorry. Scent is highly subjective and just because you end up not liking one as much as you thought you may have, I will not be offering a refund. Please understand that this is just not a feasible request to fulfill as theoretically I could be having to refund everyone if they just claim they don't like how something smells. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and need photo proof of damage or other situations by my fault.
I really hated this product can I have a refund?

How do the Gift Cards work?
The eGift Cards work pretty simply and are a really convenient last minute gift but can be equally thoughtful for that Luvmilk fan in your life who wants it all. All you need is to provide a message and the recipients email and upon purchase it's delivered right away to them for immediate use. Should you think you made a mistake with their email address contact me immediately as I can re-issue the Code (making the old code useless and providing a new one entirely). If the recipient ever loses their code they can simply contact me and I can resend to the original email address or provide it to you/them at any time!
Any recipient of a Gift Card (as well as myself) can look up the balance at any time too!
Will you recommend to me what scents I might like?
I'm happy to do my best with recommending scents you might like based on notes (or scents) you do/don't like.
